Business context & my role
Tides Mental Health had an existing WordPress website and connected GHL components. My role focused on adding website pages, working on forms and automations, and providing basic management and requested updates to the system.
WordPress page work
The supplied screenshots show a consultation and team page, plus a therapist profile page. These pages help visitors explore providers and understand the practice. The profile layout includes introductory content, video sections and information about specialties, treatment modalities, populations served and credentials.
Consultation form
The GHL form collects contact details, insurance information, a preferred day and time for a call, and a message about the enquiry. The visible form also includes separate transactional and marketing SMS consent options.
Automation & ongoing management
